We don’t keep shelves of shirts lying around.
Every item is made just for you when you order it — which means we don’t do returns or exchanges just because you picked the wrong size, changed your mind, or suddenly realized sarcasm isn't your thing.
🛠️ But if we screw up…
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or completely not what you ordered, we’ve got you.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us at contact@trycrying.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace it or refund you — depending on the problem and how much coffee we’ve had.
🚫 We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

“Oops, wrong size.” (Check the size chart — it’s there for a reason.)

“I changed my mind.” (You had plenty of time to question your life choices before checkout.)

“It didn’t arrive fast enough.” (We print on demand, not teleport.)
All items are printed and shipped through our trusted print partner, so timelines can vary slightly. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, email us first. We'll help you avoid buying a shirt that becomes an expensive dust rag.
